    Two-week deep-read of your acquisition and conversion path. Funnel mapping from ad to landing page to PDP to checkout, drop-off analysis by step, device-split performance, offer review, trust-density review, plus a written report you keep regardless of whether the work continues.

    How tests ship

    We run 2-3 high-impact tests per month, scoped against the audit's prioritized roadmap. Tests are structured as hypothesis → variant → success criteria → kill rules, not as bullet-point sprints in a doc that nobody reads.

    Either hand off implementation specs to your engineering team, or build the variants directly in Webflow, Framer, or native React component swaps.
